• Winning bidders *must* bring help if required for large/heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. I cannot stress this enough. If you cannot move your item, you must bring help *before closing of pick up* or your items left behind will be forfeited without refund. It is at the discretion of the auction manager to deny a buyer to attempt moving an item if we feel you cannot lift/remove it safely. For safety and insurance purposes, we urge you to be mindful when bidding. Look for measurements, use common sense on whether you can lift it, and whether it will fit in your vehicle. Ask questions if unsure before bidding. Items after pick up closes cannot be left to be picked up from outside the home. We cannot allow by contractual agreement with Seller and Clearing House. Please understand and do not ask.
