About Us

BHM Estate Sale Services started in late 2010. We are a woman owned business and the Premier Full Service Estate Liquidation Service for northern New Jersey.

BHM was started in 2010 by Jill Lam, a New Yorker who grew up in the antiques business. Jill spent many years selling antiques at the Roosevelt Raceway Flea Market in Long Island. She is a mom to two teenagers and has thoroughly loved her 16 years living in the garden state.

Jill prides herself on her excellent team of staff and how they spend many hours presenting a professional sale to BHM's very loyal following of customers.

Read Carefully:

1. Do not bid on items if you cannot pick up on the day(s) offered as pickup. You can ask us if we can accommodate a different date.

2. You MUST bring your own tools and help to get the items out of the item. We will not have tools onsite, nor any manpower to help you lift the items.

3. We can offer recommendations for movers so let us know if you need a list of recommended movers.

4. If you are not serious about the item do not bid on it.

5. Do not expect antique items to look brand new - in many cases these pieces are 100 years old so there is normal wear and tear to them. We do our best to take pictures of any damage so do look at all the pictures.

Items not picked up during this time, unless other arrangements have been made will be considered forfeited, no monies will be refunded.

Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items.

Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

Terms:

• All bids are final and cannot be rescinded. Read the item descriptions carefully and feel free to ask questions.

• All sales are final, no credits or returns.

• All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS.

• Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.

• Please refer to photos as part of the description. Remember you are purchasing pre-owned antique and vintage items so there may be some normal wear and tear. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. If you have any concerns please email us at bhmestatesales@gmail.com.

• Please do not bid if you are unsure of what you are getting.

There are NO refunds so read all descriptions and view all pictures carefully.

• ****NO EXCEPTIONS**** - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

• SHIPPING is available please send an email releasing your items to the shipper of your choice. We recommend uship.com for larger items being shipped more long distance and for smaller items we recommend USPS, UPS and Fedex .
