Please keep this in mind when placing your bids and make sure you are available for pick up at designated pick up time as any items not claimed at designated time will be considered forfeited.
If you win an item and your card is declined - you will lose bidding privileges going forward.

Pick up is Saturday August 15th from 9am - 12pm. Masks MUST BE WORN over nose and mouth.
If you arrive and there are others already there, please keep your distance and wait your turn.
We will get to everyone a fast as we can.
Bring your own packing material and BRING HELP if you've purchased furniture / heavy items.
Please remember you are buying items from someone's home. Everything is used. Items are sold AS IS. We do our very best to photo-document any issues but we are human. Mistakes happen. Any questions don't hesitate to reach out.
The final decision as to what you are bidding on and its value is ultimately up to you.
Please do all of your research in advance and ask any questions before bidding.
