I will do my BEST to properly secure and pack the items but I will not be held responsible for any damaged shipping items. You will have to file a claim with the service (USPS, UPS)for bigger or fragile items that I can’t ship, I can drop off those items to my local shipping store and you can pay them directly. Thanks for understanding.
