Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged, please inspect photos. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction. * 18% Buyer's premium rate charged. * Payment required by credit card provided through auction site * All Sales subject to applicable State sales tax, unless a current sales use tax form is provided. * Pickup Customers: All items must be picked up at designated date and times.  Shipping is available * Shipping Customers: We will ship items at cost of shipping plus a small Handling Fee . Shipping will be invoiced separately.  SHIPPING IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
