Please bring boxes and packing material if needed for your auction items. All orders for each winning bidder will be ready for the pickup.
If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.
IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Records are shipped on the following dates: August 21/22 via USPS Media Mail. The cost to wrap, pack and ship will be; One album - $9 For combined lots - First album $7.00 and $1.5 for every extra. Shipping fee will be charged to your card on file.

For Tax-exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax-exempt information and certificate before bidding.
