Original Louis Kimball Impressionist Impasto Painting Listed Artist

Here we have a very attractive Impressionist painting that is in its original antique frame.
The painting is in lovely colors of soft green, browns, pearl gray, turquoise, and blue.
The scene provides a misty look at various homes across the marsh, possibly Clinton CT.

The back of the painting mentioned the artist Louis Kimball. The landscape is the title, and the artist gave his address on the shoreline, also seen on the back of the painting.

The painting itself measures 12”x 8” and with the frame is 15 1/2” x 12”.

Notes: Please note due to the age of this painting, there are some light fracture cracks on the top of the painting, and one fine line crack that would notate a portion of the sky
