Pickup:
The pick-up for this auction will be on Saturday June 18th from 12pm - 2pm at Cornell Drive in Palo Alto. A Calendly link can be found on your invoice so that you can schedule a ...view moretime to pick-up your items. Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. 


If you have bid in Part Two of this auction we can arrange for your items to be ready at the same pick-up time.


15% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!


We will have some boxes and packing materials available for you at this estate. Please Bring your own labor and tools for dismantling.
