Pickup: pickup is from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday the 4th of December at our client’s property which is near I-25 and Quincy in the Happy Canyon neighborhood in South Denver. The physical address will be provided to all successful bidders with their invoice. You will need to call/text the auction manager to set up a time for pickup.

Shipping: Please notify us by 11AM on Saturday the 3rd of December if you need shipping. We will get your items boxed and a separate email will be sent to you with the shipping charges. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship the item and you will receive your tracking number. All shipping items will have insurance included in the price unless requested otherwise. Shipping goes by weight, size, and location. We recycle boxes and materials to keep the costs down. Unfortunately, we are not able to tell you exact shipping costs until items are boxed up and ready to be shipped

WE DO NOT STORE ITEMS. We are a small estate sale company and do not have the space to store items. Please make sure you can make the date/time of pickup listed above prior to bidding. If there is a special circumstance, please discuss with us prior to bidding to see if we can accommodate the request.
