SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes. We will have paper and wrapping material. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.



ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE MANAGER

SHIPPING: Designated items (description says whether item can be shipped or not) over $150 hammer price or lots over $150 total, or orders with 3 or more items, can be shipped via USPS Priority mail or other trackable mail in the USA ONLY for an additional fee. Shipping must be arranged by April 24th at 4pm if not picked up.
