This is an online only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids cannot be changed or cancelled.
All items are sold as is, as shown, and all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer. Please look carefully at photos, do any research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing all pictures of the item) before bidding.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Bids once placed cannot be cancelled. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
All items will have multiple pictures. Please look at ALL pictures and read all terms before bidding.
This is a pickup only auction in Berlin NH which will take place Sunday Oct 29th from 10m til 6pm or Monday October 30th from 8am until 12pm. You are welcome to come anytime during these hours, but at least 2 hrs notice will cut down on wait times. Any items not picked up by Monday October 12th at 12pm will be considered forfeit without refund.

Please make sure that you bring your invoice to the pickup or have it saved on your phone. You must show an invoice to pickup. Anyone can pickup for you as long as we are notified via email and they have a copy of the invoice printed or electronic.
Buyer's Premium 15% ----We are in NH so no sales tax!

All items for sale are described based on the opinion of the auction manager, information available from the consignor, as well as experts in their respective fields if needed. Bidders are encouraged to do their own research and bid accordingly. We will provide as much info as possible in descriptions and take good pictures of every part of the items. There are no refunds or returns and any customer that wins and items and pays for it does so acknowledging that they will not dispute any charges or attempt to return items once picked up. no refunds can be issued!
