Abandoned items will be disposed of as we see ...view morefit and no refunds will be issued. Please bring your own help to load your items as well as any boxes, tie downs, wrapping, tarps, etc. You are responsible for loading your items. We will have a machine onsite to load large / heavy items and at your request we will load those items (at our discretion) for you at YOUR RISK.

Location - Property is a private residence and there is a tenant in place so address will given to winning bidders at auction checkout.

Preview - The residence / tenant aspect of this property limits the ability to preview items. However, the need to preview certain items is understood and can be arranged by appointment the afternoon of Tuesday July 5th.
