Vintage Made in France Expressly for Macy Associates Cotton Lace Short Sleeve Button Front Blouse. There is no size or material tag and the best guess is that it is a size small and made of cotton. Laying flat it measures 13.5" from shoulder to shoulder. Laying flat under the sleeves it measures 18". If not worn it makes a beautiful decoration piece. This may be from the 1960/70's.
