Item Description

Chsarles "Chaz" Shulman (1926-2012) Pen & Ink Watercolor of Elizabeth Park West Hartford. Shulman was a resident of Simsbury and an award winning artist. An article about him appeared in the Hartford Courant in 1997. https://www.courant.com/news/connecticut/hc-xpm-1997-08-01-9708010660-story.html.
Signed and dated 6/83. Watercolor on paper mated and framed in a wood frame measuring 21" x 17'. Glass protects the painting. The frame is scratched, the painting needs to be reattached as it is loose. The paper backing is damaged.
