* You are responsible to remove items where they are located, and to bring necessary Boxes/Bags, Packing Material, Moving, Lifting Manpower & Tools. We cannot help lift or move heavy items so please come fully prepared w/adequate sized vehicle & necessary help/manpower.

*This a Full House estate auction, items in this auction are located on the 1st & 2nd floor, as well as in the unfinished basement.

*If you have won furniture or heavy/bulky items Do Not Come Alone - bring adequate manpower to help you carry to car! We cannot help lift or move your furniture.

We do our best with photos, measurements and to list conditions. Please look at the images thoroughly and enlarge them. (Condition scale is Fair/Good/Very Good/Excellent – there is no “poor” as we won’t represent items in poor condition)
