* If you win many Lots, or a Lot w/many items included, you must take all items. No cherry picking or leaving items behind - you have won them ALL.

* You are responsible to remove items where they are located, and to bring necessary Packing, Moving, Lifting Manpower & Tools. We cannot help lift or move heavy items so please come fully prepared w/adequate sized vehicle & manpower.

* Questions are highly encouraged before bidding (email or text auction rep PRIOR to auction close day). The items we sell are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned and used. We do our best with photos, measurements and to list conditions. Please look at the images thoroughly and enlarge them. (Condition scale is Fair/Good/Very Good/Excellent – there is no “poor” as we won’t represent items in poor condition)
