You MUST WEAR A MASK and MAINTAIN PROPER DISTANCE. Items will be brought outside to you. If you win a heavy item you are allowed in the house to move it out. A distance of 6 feet must be maintained at all times. You must provide your own movers. (There will be no one to help you carry or lift.) They also must wear masks and maintain proper distant from others.

All winning bidders will receive pick-up address via Email. Important Note: If you do not receive an email, go to your "Buyers Dashboard" to ensure you have selected to receive auction pick up instructions via email. You may also find your auction details and invoice in your dashboard at the close of the sale.

>BE ON TIME- PICKUP: ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THE SPECIFIC TIME SCHEDULED. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ITEM IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED . THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

>BE PREPARED: Think about the size and fragility of the item you purchased and then plan how to pack it. Arrive at pick up location with your own packing materials and boxes. We don't have any at the residence and it is your responsibility to pack or box up your own items. Winning Bidders must bring their own packing materials and boxes.

>BE PREPARED PART 2: We are not movers. We don't carry or lift the large items. Winning Bidders MUST bring their own movers, helpers, vans or trucks for pick up.

>BE SURE. All items are SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS. We endeavor to photograph and describe each item in detail and to highlight any flaws, repairs or damage.
