The Franklin Mint 1976 Bicentennial Sterling Powder Horn Baccarat Crystal D7

Approx 10 ½” long.
Baccarat etched into the crystal. Franklin Mint Sterling engraved into large lid. The small stopper has a small piece of silver tape around it which is, maybe, to keep it in position. The larger lid is a little sticky around the rim and so is the glass as the previous owner had some black plumber’s tape on it to keep it snugly in position. The glass rim has a very, very shallow fleabite.
