Buyers must consent to these terms prior to bidding.

IN PERSON PICKUP: Buyers shall not enter the pickup location outside the designated time frame. Please park in the street during pickup. If picking up larger furniture items, please check in with the auction host prior to driving onto the property. Please bring a photo ID, printed invoice, or phone with emailed invoice to show proof of purchase during pickup.

SHIPPING: Most items are available for shipping. Shipping cost will vary by item. Items will be shipped within seven (7) days of auction closing. Prior to the in person pick up date, buyers should inform Ridgeways Estate Sales that the won items should be shipped and provide a shipping address. All items will be sent via USPS with tracking and insurance. Tracking information shall be provided to the buyer. Ridgeways Estate Sales does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims must be handled directly with USPS.
