No credits or returns will be granted. All items are sold as is. All items should be considered used or pre-owned unless stated otherwise. As all items are used and/or pre-owned and sold on commission, Ridgeways Estate Sales may only have limited knowledge of the condition of items sold, and therefore is not liable for injuries or accidents sustained from use of an item after purchase. Buyers must consent to these terms prior to bidding.

Buyers shall not enter the pickup location outside the designated time frame. Please park in the street during pickup. If picking up larger furniture items, please check in with the auction host prior to driving onto the property. Please bring a photo ID, printed invoice, or phone with emailed invoice to show proof of purchase during pickup.

Unfortunately we do not provide manpower or packing materials. Please come prepared.
