This lovely family had to move out yesterday...so let's help them clear out and bid!

Home is immaculately clean (no pets/no smoking) and most items are in like new condition. Auction offerings include furniture, air conditioners, tons ...view moreof electronics, games, home goods, toys, and some random oldies (Pan-Am menu from the 50s). Please bring extra hands to move the furniture. Buyer will be responsible for carrying all furniture items out of the house (most furniture is on the first floor with some in the basement).

IN PERSON PICKUP: Buyers shall not enter the pickup location outside the designated time frame. Please park in the street during pickup. If picking up larger furniture items, please check in with the auction host prior to driving onto the property. Please bring a photo ID, printed invoice, or phone with emailed invoice to show proof of purchase during pickup.

SHIPPING: Most items are available for shipping. Shipping cost will vary by item. Items will be shipped within seven (7) days of auction closing. Prior to the in person pick up date, buyers should inform Ridgeways Estate Sales that the won items should be shipped and provide a shipping address. All items will be sent via USPS with tracking and insurance. Tracking information shall be provided to the buyer. Ridgeways Estate Sales does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims must be handled directly with USPS.
