You card will be charged automatically at the ...view moreend of the auction for your invoice, and then a second charge for shipping. If there is a problem charging your card on file, you will receive a shipping invoice through email that will need to be paid. We can combine invoices from auctions
that end close together into one shipment.

IF YOU ARE TAX EMEXPT, you must have your form on file through the Auction Ninja website. Auction Ninja does not allow tax exemption without that process being complete.

PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice totaling more than $250.00 will require a copy of your drivers license to be emailed to us at retroroadshowauctions@gmail.com.

In the case where shipping charges are not paid, your items will be forfeited after 28 days. It will be your obligation to contact us in email to arrange shipment.

Although the auction company makes every attempt to ensure that all items are authentic and that all photographs and descriptions are accurate and error free, no sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in the description or photo provided. If the item is described as silver or gold, the item is either marked as such, acid tested, electronically tested, or XRF tested. We cannot guarantee stone origination- lab created, enhanced or otherwise.
