Please try your best to come at the appropriate time slot. Not picking up at the scheduled time might create delays:
Time Slot A: Last names beginning with A-F 12-2PM
Time Slot B: Last names beginning with G-P 2PM-4PM.
Time Slot C: Last names beginning with Q-Z 3PM-5PM.
We can also ship smaller items at our discretion. Please contact us prior to bidding for shipping availability. IMPORTANT: If the item(s) can be shipped and you are the winning bidder, please email us before the scheduled pickup date at provenanceauctions@gmail.com with your name, shipping address, and the item(s) you won. We will respond a few days after the auction pickup with the shipping cost. Shipping times vary and can take a couple weeks. We offer this service as a courtesy and package and ship items when our schedule permits.
Curbside delivery is also available and the charge is $175 flat to Westchester and Fairfield County. Anywhere outside will be $4/mile ($175 minimum). Tolls and Sales Tax are not included in the price. NYC & NJ deliveries add $40.
COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS
• Masks are REQUIRED at pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Please bring your own pen for signing or bring a signed invoice.
• At pickups, social distancing of at least 6 feet is REQUIRED. You may also wait in your car until no one is at the pickup desk.
• If you are feeling sick or have traveled recently, please do not come in person to pick up your items. Instead ask a family member or friend to pick up for you.
