The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is completely free from wear & tear, imperfections or effects of aging.

***Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods at the scheduled pickup time and location. Failure to reach out to Not Your Average Auction 24 hrs in advance prior to pick up day to rescheduled to make different arrangements will result in forfeiture of the item or items. All items unclaimed after 14 days will become the property of Not Your Average Auction.***

 Payment: Payment is due for your item(s) upon receipt of invoice. All sales are final. No Refunds. For your convenience, payment is processed through Square or through arrangements with NOT YOUR AVERAGE AUCTION, LLC

Bidding will begin at price set by auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason and to void any sale in the event of an error.
