All items sell AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. When a item is listed as tested or works- we have turned it on and all power and lights work- we have not tested the machines functionality-ex. Coffee maker- it turned on- we did not make the coffee :). All buyers are urged to physically inspect the item prior to bidding during the inspection period. No bids can be withdrawn once submitted before, during or after the auction for any reason. BUYER also agrees that any oral representation made by the auction company or its agents shall not modify these "AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS" terms. BUYER understands that any description given, written on the equipment, or advertised by any other means is not guaranteed, and BUYER will rely entirely on their own inspection. PICK UP- You will be sent an email with a link to sign up for pick up, please help pick up time go smoothly and sign up for a time. We do understand that sickness or situations may happen to make it difficult for you to pick up. You can make arrangements for someone else to pick up your items, we will be starting a late fee pick up charge to help cover staffing for those who need to pick up alternative days and time. The fee will be an initial $5 , with another $5 added each week after. Any items not picked up within 30 days are then forfeited and are subject to resale by New Seasons. Thanks for understanding that this is important to us as we have limited space. Thanks again!
