Auction Rules

You are responsible for removal from home on day of pickup. If disassembly is required, Please bring the proper help, tools, and knowledge to disassemble and remove. We can not assist in the ...view moredisassembly, and/or loading of items.
If you can not remove or are unprepared, you will forfeit your item, with no refunds.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of your winning items during the specified pickup time period. If you are unable to pick up your items during the specified time, and do not make arrangements your items will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

For tax exempt Purchases your tax exempt information and certificate needs to be loaded in AUCTION NINJA SYSEM BEFORE bidding!

All payments are processed through AUCTION NINJA WEBSITE.

Text us at 516-982-8634 30 min prior to arrival with your name and invoice number.

Please bring your own packing materials. We are not responsible for damage of items once you take possession.

FURNITURE and Large/ heavy item purchases: YOU MUST bring the help, tools, or whatever will be needed to remove and load your items. Monster Estate Sales will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling and loading of Large items.

Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. There are NO exceptions.

Full pickup address will be provided via email to winning bidders.

If you would like an item shipped please let us know prior to pickup time. We can ship most items. Monster Estate Sales inc. Is not responsible for damage during shipment. It is recommended that fragile items be picked up in person. Shipping charges are in addition to all auction charges. A shipping invoice will be emailed to you through PayPal. No items will be shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected. Shipping invoices must be paid within 72 hours or your items will be forfeited. Purchases under $50.00 will have a $10.00 surcharge in addition to shipping.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

All items are sold AS-IS. There are no warranties expressed or implied. Once you win your item there are no refunds. If you can not pick up or arrange for shipping in the posted allotted pickup time frame, your items will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
