You are required to bring all manual labor and help required to properly remove your items. You are responsible for any damage done to the property removing your items.

As always convenient pick up dates and custom appointments are available.
We will take customers one at a time. Pick-up will be on a first come first serve basis.
Shipping is available for this auction under 20Lbs. If shipping is desired your items will be sent to the mailing address on your Auction Ninja account. You MUST notify us via email the day before auction pickup June 2, 2022. Each parcel will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $12.00 per parcel plus postal charge.
