JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

PICK UP LOCATION and TIME: 248 Main Ave. South Hampton, NH on Friday, November 19th from 11-4. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE.

OUT OF STATE - Small items will be given to THE PARCEL ROOM, Portsmouth, NH, Jeff Rowe, 603-431-4205 or email auctions@parcelroom.com. Buyer pays all shipping costs. If you are buying furniture we can always provide local trucking services for a delivery fee.

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100, some exclusions may apply. If planning on transport, responsibility falls on the purchaser to contact the auction house before bidding to guarantee eligibility.
