This is a very eclectic estate liquidation. The list of items in this auction are large and diverse. There’s some furniture, there are some vintage and antique items, there’s basic things that you may need, or, ...view moremay not. There’s new items, used items, I did, however remove the half eaten dog bones that Lacey had tried to slip in. She just gave me a look and said there’s no accounting for taste.
We have fishing gear, books and vintage older books, new toys and vintage collectible toys, there are junk drawer lots, there is even some exotic tea. (please contain your excitement.)

We ship, we deliver and we have flexible pick up dates and times! Your things don’t get “forfeited” right away if you can’t make the pick up and you will never here us say “consistent with age”. If you need boxes to carry your items, please bring them. We do not supply them.
If you need help to carry your items, please hire them we will not. All we have is Lacey our dog and she doesn’t do much except look cute, plays soccer and takes your heart. Little thief.

Please bring your signed invoice copy. Don’t be lazy… These little things make it easier on us. You can always tape or staple it to your head. (That’s directly from the dog… she has lots of great ideas) Thank you.

Please bring your friendly, cheerful attitude! One will not be provided for you. You get what you give. And Lacy can be a real bitch… I mean really she’s a female dog…woof!

Please make sure the card on file is up-to-date and there is enough money on it to cover your purchases winnings and shipping totals. Lacey is tired of chasing people down and barking at them! This poor dog has already too much to do. However, I wouldn’t question her ability and talent to perform this task.

Lastly, bring a sense of humor. You cannot have mine. Sarcasm does not suit everyone. So says Lacey! The queen.
