Two Antique Framed Art Glass Panels By Max Suess

Overall sizes are 27” by 25.5” and 30” by 19.5”. Max Suess was an important glass maker in the 19th century. One of these panels is signed and is backed with paper to highlight the image. Both were likely part of a larger series of panels or perhaps pieces to a door or entry. Each depicts Setter dogs in a field inside an elaborate Victorian border.
