PICKUP: All items need to be picked up ...view moreon Saturday, May 28th or Sunday, May 29th from 11am until 3pm OR Tuesday, May 31st 11am to 2pm (NO EXCEPTIONS). The winning bid email will contain a link to a calendar to schedule your pickup date and time. Items not picked up during these hours will be subject to forfeit of the item with no refunds, unless we have agreed to ship. Please contact us if you need shipping, shipping will be available only on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us prior to the item closing to inquire if shipping is possible. We encourage winning bidders to communicate with us to help resolve any issues related to pickup of sale items.

The driveway is steep and parking is limited. Please be prepared to walk with your items up the driveway. BRING HELP IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE.

MAKE NOTE: There are several items that are large and/or heavy which will need some planning and attention to remove from the property. If you are the winning bidder of any large or heavy items, please be advised that you need to bring help. Our availability to assist you in pickup with getting large or heavy items to your vehicle are very limited.
