Fairlight Estate Sales is proud to present the Estate of Ken & Brenda Thompson a 5 part multi auction filled with amazing treasures.  Ken passed away in 2018 and was a native of Colorado, spending his ...view morechildhood in the Wellington area.  After Ken’s service in the Navy, he met Brenda Whitmill from Idaho.  They were married in 1974 and within a few years they made their home in Wellington.   They soon became business owners in Wellington.  Most of the town people knew them from the T-Bar Inn, which they owned & operated for over 35 years.  The T-Bar was the “local hang out”, where you could get a home-cooked meal, play a game of pool, or just listen to the music from different local bands.  Many memories & stories occurred in their establishment.  They sponsored sports teams, bike rallies & other community events, especially those benefiting the youth.  Many people got their first job at the T-Bar. “KT” & Brenda had a great love for the Wellington community and the people who lived there.   With much sadness, Brenda passed away in 2022. On behalf of the family of Ken & Brenda Thompson, we invite you to the online estate sale, a treasure hunting opportunity, of the legacy they have left behind.

Should you purchase furniture and forfeit or no show, there will be a $100.00 charge for removal added to your credit card to remove your items by a third party.

Winning Bidders will be required to bring help to move heavy or large items such as furniture. Packing materials will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are unable to move your items there will be a $50.00 per staff per item charge. Items over 100 pounds could be up to 200.00 for moving charges.
