mirror measures 24" wide and 46.5" tall, total including the heart, 39.75" tall to the top without the heart, it comes out 4 inches from the wall at the base. It is in very good condition! Please note that this is a customized piece, so there are custom names on it. Mirror itself is also in good condition.
