With specific properties, selling to an investor may be your fastest and best option. In this case we'll reach out to our list of qualified real estate investors to get you the highest cash offer for your home. By selling to investors you'll reduce or completely eliminate paying real estate commissions, requests for repairs, and potential other costs.
All our items are sold "As Is". We do not offer returns or exchanges or refunds on any of our items, as they are consigned, used merchandise. Every attempt is made to describe damage or condition issues. All items are used, not new, and imperfections commensurate with age are to be expected.
Regarding pickup times, every attempt will be made to arrange a pick up time to suit your schedule. If you do not show up for your scheduled pick up time and make no attempt to reschedule, your item will be forfeited without a refund.
Regarding shipping, we will work as quickly and diligently as possible to ship your item in a timely manner. You will be charged for shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, it is an additional cost on top of what you bid on your item. We do not charge any handling fees.
Other Fees: Los Angeles sales tax is charged at a rate of 9.5% unless a valid seller's permit can be shown at registration. Buyer's Premium of 10% is charged to every winning bid.
