This Pearl Necklace Is Marked Japan

Very interesting the fancy gold tone clasp has no wear and is an excellent 14k gold knock off. The clasp is marked with Japan and no other markings. Small knots between pearls. Also included is a faux mother of pearl scarf clip. Necklace is 16". In Nordstrom box no tags. Reminder grandmother was total shopper who lived to gift people. Locally she shopped almost exclusively at Nordstroms and Maier & Frank. She traveled to Thailand, Singapore, mainland China, and other ports of call in Orient between 1974 and 1980. She also lived part time on Maui. We know the jewelry was all purchased before 1987.
