Winning bidders must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the auction and / or on their invoice. GES only ships in-house using USPS flat rate shipping with a handling fee of $10 and USPS shipping fees. All other shipping must be arranged with a third party by the buyer. Special terms for jewelry: unless coupled with another non-jewelry auction purchase, jewelry will ONLY be shipped. It will not be available for in-person pick-up. Jewelry handling fees are $5.00. EES will not release the lot for shipment until payment has been made in full and ID has been received. Winning bids may not be retracted, canceled or rescinded due to issues with shipping including, but not limited to, costs or prohibitions. It is the responsibility of the bidder to account for shipping prior to bidding. In some cases we have specific auctions where pick-up is at a private residence. In these cases, it will be clearly stated on the auction prior to bidding. For these particular auctions, if you miss the pick-up days you forfeit your items. We DO NOT move items from the private residence to our warehouse to store for pick-up at a later time. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS regarding the shipping or receipt of ivory, taxidermy and firearms. EES will not alter packing slips or lot descriptions or the price paid listed on the same. If you choose to bid on an item that is later seized by customs, EES. is not liable for any costs or refunds. If you are not sure about your local rules and regulations, please do not place bids on any item that might be in violation of your country's rules and regulations. We do not ship internationally. EES will ship all items with tracking, no exceptions. Lots must be picked-up or shipped by a third party by the last day of listed pick-up times. The day after the last day of pick-up, EES has the right to charge the winning bidder a daily storage fee of $10 per lot per day. Lots that have been paid for, but remain on our premises ten (10) days from the close of the auction are considered forfeited by the winning bidder will not be compensated in any way. Lots left with EES after the final pick-up day are stored at the buyer’s risk.
