PICKUP: Thursday 4/29/2021 from 10AM-2:00PM ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS. The freight elevator is only available until 1pm, so please come early if you are picking up furniture.

Because there is no outdoor space, winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack up and carry their items out. Please bring packing materials and help to carry large items.

Parking directly outside the building is unlikely, so if you are driving and picking up more than you can easily carry for numerous blocks, please bring a helper to wait with your items on the curb while you drive your car around.

-Masks must be worn by all bidders picking up items.

-Please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and other bidders.

-Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice, or a signed copy of your invoice.
