Please do not bid if you know that you are unable to pick up your items on the designated pick up day/time. If you cannot make it, you may send someone else in your place. If either you or they don’t show, the item will be forfeited without refund.

* Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice OR a signed copy of your printed invoice.

~ YOU are responsible for providing your own manpower to move any items. NO assistance is provided. Please arrange your moving help prior to pick up day and arrive prepared with all necessary packaging/tools/materials necessary to safely remove items. This may include dollys, pads, blankets, tape, etc. Boxes and bags - especially for breakables. Please understand that if you bring no help, there is no guarantee you will be able to take the item away.
