We are planning carefully for a safe and easy pickup day. Depending on the items purchased, buyers may be contacted ahead of time with a specific pickup time or window. Please make sure your phone number is on your account and is correct. Please answer your phone or return calls from us promptly. Please be prepared to accommodate these requests.
Please observe the following guidelines:
*Bring your own help and appropriate vehicle for large or heavy items.
*Arrive at your scheduled time if you are given one.
*Stay in your car until a staff member greets you.
*Please wear a mask, and gloves, and maintain social distance of 6’ - 10’ (staff will do the same).
*Please print and sign a copy of your invoice ahead of time, or please make sure you have your own pen.
*Understand that even with the best laid plans, there may be delays and some wait times. We will do everything we can to prevent and reduce any waiting, but we can only do our best. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
