Large furniture will be brought to the curb but because of limited space, buyers of smaller items that do not need the freight elevator will be invited into the apartment to pack and pick-up their items. Parking directly outside the building is unlikely, so if you are driving and picking up more than you can easily carry for numerous blocks, please bring a helper to wait with your items on the curb while you drive your car around. Please bring packing materials and help to load large items into your vehicle.
