Now, we extend that to the remaining items at the inn- from more fabulous decor, to catering and event staging pieces, oodles of high end linens, to the gorgeous lighting and plumbing fixtures at the inn. This is the last call for this historic Greenwich beauty - and an auction not to be missed! (The property is being renovated and will welcome everyone back soon) Note: PART ONE CLOSES ON 5/3/22. Parts of this sale are DEMOLITION. We will identify which items that includes. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cut off at the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. Pick up will be held rain or shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager.
