We will divide this sale into 3 parts; 2 for the house and 1 for the contents of the barn.

MASK MUST BE WORN BY ALL BIDDERS PICKING UP ITEMS.
PLEASE MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET OF DISTANCE BETWEEN YOURSELF AND ANY OTHER BIDDERS.

• Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed.
• Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED at pickup.
