Artist Kristina Zallinger is a CT native who has been an artist her entire life. Her father, Rudolph “Rudy” Zallinger, painted the world renowned “Age of Reptiles” mural at the Yale Peabody Museum. Her mother, ...view moreJean Day Zallinger, was a prolific illustrator for over 90 books. Both of her siblings are also artists.

Her works have been exhibited in juried, group and solo art shows in New York, Hartford, New Haven, Stamford and Ferrara, Italy. She has taught at the Famous Artists School (Westport), New Haven’s Creative Arts Workshop, and the University of Montana. Through her art and personal experience, she is a dedicated advocate for mental health issues.

The current estate auction includes many of her original artworks including paintings and sculptures. It also includes many collectible vintage items such as furniture, artwork, kitchenware, jewelry, and much more!
