We ask that you wait in the driveway upon arrival, our staff will ask your last name, we will retrieve your items from the home and bring them to the designated pickup area in the garage for your invoice signature. We request that you bring your own pen if you wouldn’t mind. We take the health of our bidders and staff very seriously, we will all be wearing 3M N95 masks.
