Please note, this is a demolition sale, so if you don't have the capacity to rip out a toilet yourself, please be sure to send someone who does to the pickup! This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water and gas will be cutoff at the start of the pickup, Electric will be cut later in the day during the pickup, so if you buy the boiler or water heater, plan to do this later in the day. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. ALSO NOTE: This is a quiet, private community, on a single lane road. Please use courtesy when parking and packing your items. Although there is a auction pickup for furniture at the same location the previous day, please, if you purchase items in this sale, PLAN TO PICK THEM UP ON SATURDAY ONLY - the furniture and vehicles need to be out of the way for a clean organized Demolition pickup on Saturday. Pick up: SATURDAY 8/7 FROM 10am-4pm. Items not picked up during this timeframe will be forfeited.
