Pick up: FRIDAY 8/6 FROM 1PM-4PM Items not picked up during this timeframe will be forfeited.

Those unvaccinated or immunocompromised are asked to wear a mask at pick up.

Please bring a pen to sign your invoice or bring a printed and signed copy to leave with us.

• Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed.
• Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED at pickup.


This is a quiet, private community, on a single lane road. Please use courtesy when parking and packing your items. Although there is a pickup at the same location the next day, please, if you purchase items in this first auction, PLAN TO PICK THEM UP ON FRIDAY ONLY - we need them out of the way to clear the house for the demolition pickup the next day. Plan for this, and don't call asking for exceptions.
