Alternative pick-up in Manhattan the first week of August for small items only (decor, clothing, housewares). Please let us know at the time of the auction closing if you are using the Manhattan option.

COVID PRECAUTIONS: The home has been vacant for months and the items untouched other than by auction staff as we prepared them for pick-up. Upon your arrival, all lots will be outdoors in the driveway and yard. Masks must be worn by all bidders and auction staff. Please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and other bidders. Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice.

PACKING: Packing, moving and transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. Please bring help to move large/heavy items from their location on the lawn to your vehicle to safely load. Bring necessary packaging materials including boxes and paper for wrapping delicate items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are encouraged all to ask any questions prior to bidding. While CHES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items CHES sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
