Written on Royal Canadian Air Force Stationary Postmarked Calagary April 7, 1944 with a Canadian Air Force Postage Stamp. At the Bottom of Each Page are the Following Planes: Bell Airacobra, P-47 Thunderbolt, Vengeance and Hellcat. Letter mentions "flying the body" of an "American kid from Tacoma, Wash." home after he was "killed with his crew of five." "All of his crew were Austrailian lads..." "to the cemetery breaking into the death march in the last mile." "As the trumpet sounded the Last Post and the volley was fired, five planes flew overhead in salute." "Mosquito" Island.
