Item Description

Vintage Men's SILK Brocade Bath Robe Smoking Robe From B. Altman
Silk Jacquard Outer
Silk Satin Lining, Hand braided Tassels
Silk satin trim on sash, Shawl collar & Sleeves.
Interior button closure.
Overall excellent condition.
There is one seam that has come open about 5" long in the should, easy to mend.
Chest measured flat 22"
Length 48"
There are two diagonal pockets and breast pocket.
No tears, stains, holes or other damage than the seam mentioned above.
I believe this is from the 1930s or 1040s.
