The Scentbug is white plastic. There are no cracks or chips to the plastic. Operates on 2 AA batteries which are included in this sale. It comes with the scented pad in the diffuser, plus 5 other scent pads. Also included are essential oils with different amounts in the bottles - See pictures. I tested this Scentbug and it works great in a smaller room such as a bathroom. It turns on and blows scented air with a scented pad in the drawer. To turn it on you have to press the button down until it clicks.

Notes: Scentbug tested and works. Essential oils are not full bottles.
